Elements of Design - Simple mobile material demo kiosk
Designed and built for Walter Dorwin Teague and Associates, Everett. This kiosk was designed and constructed to be customer facing and demonstrate different materials, fabrication methods, paint finishes, and lighting options.
Body: Bosch Aluminum Framing and Accessories, Specialty Laminate, Frosted Acrylic Sheet. Hood: Brushed Aluminum Laminate over MDF Sheet. Lighting: Natural vs Cool White controlled via an easily manipulated central switch. Signage: Printed vinyl decals
My contribution: Hood structural design, visual elements, lighting, materials procurement, attachment methods, and all labeling
The Crossroads Table - Octagonal Picnic Table
Completed build
The Crossroads Table is a handcrafted indoor/outdoor picnic table designed to make the most of shared space. Its unique octagonal shape creates a welcoming, communal seating arrangement.
The distinctive geometric tabletop combines warm, rich-toned wood with lighter natural boards, creating a design that is both functional and visually striking. Built with sturdy construction and thoughtful bracing, it’s made to stand up to everyday indoor/outdoor use while adding a handcrafted character to your backyard, garden, or gathering space.

737 Sky Interior Mockup - Lighting Build/Testing and Pivot Bin Build/Testing
SKY INTERIOR LED LIGHTING AND CEILING PANELS
I was part of the team that brought the revolutionary designs of the 737 Sky Interior into physical space. I worked on construction of the ceiling panels and designed a simple adjustable bracket that was used to test lighting angles of the recessed LEDs in order to create an ideal light wash on the ceiling surfaces. The improvements enabled the airline to shape the mood on the aircraft to mirror nighttime or sunrise during the flight.
SKY INTERIOR BIN MOCKUPS
I designed and oversaw the construction of functional mock luggage bins for early-stage user testing. The bin bodies were fabricated from wire-cut high-density foam and reinforced with CNC-machined plywood and Sintra to improve durability of moving components during testing. Hardware usage was intentionally minimized during assembly. This new design increased luggage bin capacity and allowed passengers to stand upright in the seating area without needing to duck beneath the bins.
My contribution: Structural and mechanical design for full scale working prototypes. including creating cut files for large hot wire CNC foam cutter and plywood CNC parts, final assembly and install, as well as coordinating larger install with technical team.
STAR WARS (C)AT-ST - Star Wars inspired cat hovel and scratching post
This proof of concept mockup was built from reclaimed construction waste. The goal was to create a fun, dynamic, and unique Star Wars inspired cat play structure.

This was a quick animation i put together in After Effects to demonstrate the operation of a navigation wheel concept we were working on for an engineer work scheduling app.

Purchasing Queue Tool - ERP System upgrade
To ensure all departments had up-to-date visibility on part procurement and delivery, which improved efficiency and speed of service, we developed a Purchasing tool that automated critical updates and streamlined communication between Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, Customer Service, and Sales.

This case study was my capstone project for the University of Washington’s UX & Visual Interface Design Certificate. I used the project as an opportunity to explore the potential of AI while deepening my research and digital design skills.
Over the years, I have applied my skills to create branding, marketing materials, environmental graphics, signage, digital assets, and print collateral. Here is a sampling of some of my work.
